  • HIROSHIMA NOH BREWERY | Farm-to-Bottle Craft Beer from Hiroshima, Japan

醸すまでが、農業です。 — Farming isn’t finished until it’s brewed.

Hiroshima’s fields, bottled — 広島の畑を、瓶のなかに。 Ingredients grown by Hiroshima farmers are brewed and bottled here in one unbroken process; inside every bottle is a piece of Hiroshima’s farmland. Inspired by traditional brewing techniques and a deep respect for nature, our beers reflect the landscape of northern Hiroshima.

Our Concept

  • Locally Sourced Ingredients: We collaborate with local farmers to use fresh, high-quality ingredients such as Pione grapes, citrus fruits, honey, and other regional specialties.
  • Innovative Brewing: By blending traditional Japanese brewing methods with modern craft beer techniques, we bring you bold yet refined flavors.
  • Sustainable & Ethical: We minimize waste by using imperfect or surplus produce, turning it into extraordinary brews.
