HASSAKU SAISON
“Beer is a little too bitter for me.”
“But I want my toast to feel special.”
“I’m tired of the same old canned beer.”
For that feeling, we answer with
fruit, tea and grain.
FROM FIELD TO BOTTLE
From field
to bottle.
01 Grow
We’re a brewery — and a farm.
We hand-pick our own hops. Every beer begins with a single seed sown in the soil.
02 Brew
Mist and cold nights make the fruit sweeter.
Three rivers flow through Kisa, Miyoshi. Big swings between day and night temperatures raise the sugar in fruit and vegetables — and that character carries into our beer.
03 Deliver
Field to bottle, under one roof.
From the field to bottling, the same hands do the work — so every bottle can tell you where it grew.

WHO WE ARE
A beer-loving couple
brewing in Miyoshi.
A couple who moved here as community revitalization volunteers started Hiroshima’s northernmost brewery with local ingredients. In a place with clean air and water, together with local farmers, we brew beers that could only be made here.
FAQ
FAQ
I don’t usually like bitter beer. Will I enjoy these?
Pione Ale and Mochimugi GOLD have low bitterness, with gentle fruit and grain sweetness. If you’re not sure, try the 30-second quiz above.
Why does the label say “happoshu”?
Because we use ingredients such as hassaku and tea, Japanese liquor tax law classifies our beers as “happoshu.” Inside, it’s craft beer brewed with malt and hops.
Where can I drink it on tap?
Visit our own teppan izakaya, “HIROSHIMA NOH BEER こっちゃん所,” in front of Miyoshi City Hall, for our craft beer with okonomiyaki.
I’d like to carry your beer at my restaurant or shop.
We supply wholesale from small quantities. Please reach out via our wholesale inquiry form.
